  • 240 ml coffee
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 480 ml vodka
  • 240 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
Step 2
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is fully dissolved. Let the syrup cool.
Step 3
In a large jar or bottle, combine the cooled coffee, sugar syrup, vanilla extract, and vodka. Stir or shake well to mix.
Step 4
Seal the jar or bottle and let it sit in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks, shaking it gently every few days.
Step 5
After 2 weeks, strain the liqueur through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any sediment.
Step 6
Bottle the liqueur and store it in a cool, dark place. Enjoy it on its own or in your favorite cocktails.
