  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess moisture using a cheesecloth or kitchen towel.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
