A delicious and decadent dessert combining bananas, toffee, and a creamy topping on a biscuit base. Perfect for any sweet tooth!

  • 4 bananas
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 250 g digestive biscuits
  • 400 g dulce de leche
  • 300 ml heavy cream

Directions

Step 1
Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
Step 2
Mix the biscuit crumbs with melted butter and press into the base of a springform pan to form the crust.
Step 3
Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Spread the dulce de leche evenly over the chilled crust.
Step 5
Arrange the sliced bananas over the dulce de leche.
Step 6
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and spread it over the bananas.
Step 7
Sprinkle grated dark chocolate over the top.
Step 8
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
