  • 225 g butter
  • 240 g flour
  • 120 g pecans
  • 60 g sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and 60g of powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Mix in the vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the flour, mixing until just incorporated.

Stir in the finely chopped pecans.

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
