Ingredients

  • 60 g butter
  • 2 g cayenne pepper
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 30 g cilantro
  • 5 g coriander
  • 5 g cumin
  • 5 g garam masala
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 1 onion
  • 5 g paprika
  • 5 g salt
  • 400 g tomato puree
  • 120 ml yogurt

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, garam masala, paprika, and salt. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Step 2
In a large pan, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
Step 4
Add the tomato puree, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, and ground coriander. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
