  • 100 grams feta cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 500 grams Swiss chard

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash the Swiss chard thoroughly and trim the ends. Cut the chard into roughly 5 cm pieces.

In a large mixing bowl, toss the Swiss chard with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the chard mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
