Directions
Step 1
In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in 100ml of water and set aside.

In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and ground almonds. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it starts to simmer, stirring occasionally.

Remove the saucepan from heat and add the dissolved gelatin and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.

Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dish and let it cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

To serve, unmold the blancmange onto a plate and enjoy!
