  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 120 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 5 g ground cinnamon
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 g salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
