  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 pompano fish
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Rinse the pompano fish under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Make three shallow cuts on each side of the fish to allow the flavors to penetrate.

Rub the fish with olive oil, ensuring it is evenly coated.

Season the fish with salt and black pepper, both inside and out.

Stuff the cavity of the fish with minced garlic and lemon slices.

Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
