  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 4 red snapper fillets
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Combine paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.

Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the red snapper fillets.
