Ingredients

  • 5 g black pepper
  • 4 pieces chicken breast
  • 5 g dried oregano
  • 5 g dried thyme
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 5 g salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Step 3
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the chicken, red onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper pieces onto skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
Step 5
Grill the kebabs, turning occasionally, until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the vegetables are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
