Ingredients

  • 500 g beef rib eye
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 green onion
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 80 ml soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper.

Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and mix well to coat each piece evenly.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
