  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 120 g peanut butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 60 ml soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips suitable for skewering.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, ground coriander, and ground cumin to create the marinade.

Add the chicken strips to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

While the chicken is marinating, prepare the peanut sauce. Combine peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, chili powder, and salt in a saucepan.

Cook the peanut sauce over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth and heated through. Set aside.
