Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent.

Spread a layer of tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet. Top with half of the shredded cheddar cheese.

Add the cooked ground beef mixture on top of the cheese. Sprinkle the black beans and sliced jalapenos over the beef.

Add another layer of tortilla chips on top. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the nachos from the oven and let them cool slightly. Top with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and chopped green onions.
