Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

Melt butter in a 9x13 inch pan in the oven.

Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over melted butter.

In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, beat granulated sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.

Combine pineapple juice and milk in a small bowl.
