  • 125 g all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 115 g butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 240 ml milk
  • 6 peaches
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 150 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, 50 g of granulated sugar, and all of the brown sugar. Toss to coat and set aside.
Step 3
Pour the melted butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 4
In another bowl, mix together the remaining 100 g of granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk and stir until just combined.
Step 5
Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish. Do not stir.
Step 6
Spoon the peach mixture evenly over the batter. Do not stir.
Step 7
Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the top.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the edges are crispy.
