  • 300 grams boneless chicken breast
  • 100 grams cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onions
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 250 grams soba noodles
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
Step 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced carrot, cabbage, and green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
