  • 100 g almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 115 g butter
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g erythritol
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly. Then whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until well incorporated.
Step 5
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
