  • 240 ml beef broth
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 400 grams black beans
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 400 grams diced tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 400 grams kidney beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 400 grams tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot and sauté until softened.
Step 3
Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper, and cook for another minute.
Step 4
Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and beef broth to the pot, stirring to combine.
Step 5
Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then perform a quick release for any remaining pressure.
Step 7
Carefully open the lid, stir the chili, and serve hot.
