Ingredients

4 Servings
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 240 grams breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 240 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Place the pork chops between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to about 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet.
Step 2
Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Step 3
Dip each pork chop into the flour, shaking off any excess, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Step 4
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the breaded pork chops.
Step 5
Fry the pork chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Step 6
Serve the Pork Schnitzel hot with your choice of sides.
