In a bowl, combine ground pork, shrimp, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form the filling.

Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.

Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over to form a triangle, and press to seal. Ensure there are no air pockets.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180°C (350°F).

Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
