  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 240 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 60 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
Step 2
Place the flour in a shallow dish.
Step 3
Beat the eggs in another shallow dish.
Step 4
In a third shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 5
Dip each zucchini slice into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 6
Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Step 7
Fry the zucchini slices in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Step 8
Remove the fried zucchini slices and drain on paper towels.

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
