Classic Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 g black pepper
  • 120 g blue cheese
  • 60 ml buttermilk
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 g garlic powder
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 60 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 g salt
  • 60 ml sour cream
  • 15 ml white wine vinegar

Directions

Step 1
Remove any wilted outer leaves from the iceberg lettuce and cut it into quarters. Remove the core.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the blue cheese, buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended to make the dressing.
Step 3
Place each lettuce wedge on a plate and drizzle with the blue cheese dressing.
Step 4
Top the wedges with halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled bacon.
Step 5
Serve immediately and enjoy!
