Ingredients

  • 150 g black olives
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 30 ml red wine vinegar
  • 450 g rotini pasta
  • 100 g salami
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, black olives, mozzarella cheese, and salami.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.
Step 5
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
