  • 4 slices bread
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 g celery
  • 120 g cheddar cheese
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 30 g onion
  • 240 g tuna

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, and onion.
Step 3
Spread the tuna mixture evenly over 2 slices of bread.
Step 4
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the tuna mixture.
Step 5
Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Transfer the sandwiches to a baking sheet and place in the oven until the cheese is completely melted, about 5 minutes.
