Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add chickpea flour, cumin seeds, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.

Gradually add water to the dry ingredients to form a thick batter.

Add sliced potato, onion, chopped spinach, green chilies, and coriander leaves to the batter and mix well.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

Remove pakoras from oil and drain on paper towels.
