  • 60 g butter
  • 240 g cornmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 120 g flour
  • 480 ml milk
  • 5 g salt
  • 50 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
