  • 60 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 g tomatoes

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, combine the chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and red chili peppers.

Add the apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and paprika to the pot.
Step 3
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Use an immersion blender to purée the sauce until smooth, or transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Let the sauce cool before transferring it to a jar or bottle. Store in the refrigerator.
