  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 kg pork loin roast
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme to create a paste.
Step 3
Rub the garlic paste all over the pork loin roast, ensuring it is evenly coated.
Step 4
Place the pork roast in a roasting pan and pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
Step 5
Roast in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
Step 6
Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
