  • 500 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 10 leaves fresh basil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes, then place them in a large bowl.

Add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano to the bowl with the tomatoes. Toss until the tomatoes are well coated.

Spread the tomatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and slightly charred.

Remove the tomatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
