Step 1
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.

Add the pork belly cubes and cook until tender, about 45 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and onion to the pot and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in the tamarind soup base mix until well dissolved.

Add the radish, eggplant, and green chilies. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
