Step 1
Rinse the grape leaves thoroughly to remove excess salt.

In a bowl, mix ground lamb, white rice, chopped kalamata olives, and lemon juice until well combined.

Place a grape leaf on a flat surface and put a spoonful of the mixture in the center. Fold the sides over the filling and roll up tightly.
