Ingredients

  • 30 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 4 Portobello mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

Step 1
Clean the Portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
Brush the mushroom caps with the marinade mixture on both sides.
Step 4
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Step 5
Grill the mushrooms, gill-side down, for about 5-7 minutes.
Step 6
Flip the mushrooms and grill for another 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
Step 7
Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
