  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, parsley, and minced garlic.

Add the ground cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Shape the mixture into oval patties or onto skewers, pressing firmly to ensure the meat sticks together.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the kafta patties or skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and charred on the outside.
