Directions
Step 1
Place the peeled, cored, and chopped apples into the slow cooker.

Add the water, sugar, and cinnamon to the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the apples are soft.

Once cooked, use a potato masher or immersion blender to mash the apples to your desired consistency.
