Ingredients

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 50 g fontina cheese
  • 10 g fresh basil
  • 50 g gorgonzola cheese
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 g tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
Step 2
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Step 3
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
Step 4
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Step 5
Evenly distribute the mozzarella, parmesan, gorgonzola, and fontina cheeses over the sauce.
Step 6
Drizzle olive oil over the top.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and add fresh basil leaves on top.
Step 9
Serve hot and enjoy!
