  • 500 grams carne asada
  • 200 grams cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 120 grams guacamole
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 120 grams pico de gallo
  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 120 grams sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Step 2
Cut the russet potatoes into thin fries and toss them with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Step 4
While the fries are baking, grill the carne asada over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

Once cooked, let the carne asada rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

When the fries are done, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Let the cheese melt.

Top the cheesy fries with the sliced carne asada, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, and chopped cilantro.

Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
