  • 113 grams butter
  • 450 grams cheddar cheese
  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 0.5 tsp dry mustard
  • 450 grams elbow macaroni
  • 360 ml evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 240 ml whole milk

Directions

Step 1
Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a slow cooker, combine the cooked macaroni, evaporated milk, whole milk, shredded cheddar cheese, butter, cream cheese, salt, black pepper, and dry mustard.
Step 3
Stir the ingredients until well combined.

Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is creamy.
