  • 5 g black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 30 g ginger
  • 80 ml honey
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 kg pork spare ribs
  • 10 g salt
  • 120 ml soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
Step 2
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped onion, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Step 3
Rub the pork spare ribs with olive oil and place them in a baking dish.
Step 4
Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
Step 5
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours.
Step 6
Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 200°C (390°F). Bake for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
Step 7
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
