Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 400 g tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the chicken breast pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.

Pour in the tomato sauce and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Step 6
Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the grated parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cheese has melted into the sauce.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.

Garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.
