  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 lobster tails
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, and pull apart slightly.

Brush the lobster meat with the olive oil mixture, ensuring it gets into the cut shells.
