  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 8 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Cut the Roma tomatoes in half lengthwise.
Step 3
Place the tomatoes cut side up on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the tomatoes.
Step 5
Sprinkle the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano over the tomatoes.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the tomatoes are tender and slightly caramelized.
