  • 2 g black pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 3 pieces green onions
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 1 bunch mint leaves
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 pieces pita bread
  • 5 radishes
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 5 g salt
  • 15 g sumac
  • 2 tomatoes

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Cut the pita bread into small squares and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until crispy.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, cucumber, green bell pepper, radishes, green onions, parsley, mint leaves, and romaine lettuce.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, salt, and black pepper.
Step 5
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Step 6
Add the crispy pita bread pieces to the salad just before serving to maintain their crunch.
