  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 450 grams Swiss chard

Directions

Step 1
Rinse the Swiss chard thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or grit.
Step 2
Trim off the thick stems and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the chopped Swiss chard to the skillet and toss to coat with the oil and garlic.
