Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Step 2
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until tender.

Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until well blended. Gradually stir in chicken broth and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens.

Stir in turkey and mixed vegetables. Remove from heat.
Step 5
Place one pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate. Pour the turkey mixture into the crust. Cover with the second pie crust, sealing the edges and cutting away any excess.
Step 6
Make several small slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
