  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 200 ml chicken broth
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 300 g pasta
  • salt

Directions

Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
Step 6
Stir in the grated parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Continue to cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Slice the cooked chicken breasts and add them to the sauce along with the cooked pasta. Toss to combine.
Step 8
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
