  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 500 g pork shoulder
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 50 ml red wine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika

Directions

Step 1
Cut the pork shoulder into small cubes.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the pork cubes with smoked paprika, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes.
Step 3
Pour in the red wine and mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well combined.
Step 4
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
Step 5
After marinating, grind the mixture using a meat grinder.
Step 6
Shape the ground meat into sausage links or patties as desired.
