Directions
Step 1
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop or tear into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chopped anchovy fillets, and egg yolk until well combined.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the dressing and mix thoroughly.
