  • 500 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 10 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
In a bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the cherry tomatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
