Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F).

Cut the buttercup squash in half and remove the seeds.

Peel and core the apples, then cut them into slices.

Place the squash halves cut-side down in a baking dish.

Fill the baking dish with about 1 cm of water.
